How do I retrieve my license key?
Visit our license retrieval page and enter the email address you used when purchasing. You'll be redirected to Lemon Squeezy where you can access all your licenses.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial with full functionality for all paid products, so you can thoroughly test before purchasing. Because of this generous trial period, we do not offer refunds once a license is purchased. If you hit a technical issue, reach out and we'll make it right.
Which versions of Windows are supported?
Our apps support Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) and Windows 11. Some features may require newer versions of Windows 10.
Can I use my license on multiple devices?
An Individual license activates on up to 2 devices that you own, so your desktop and laptop are both covered. Enterprise licenses include a custom number of seats for teams and organizations, with volume pricing.
